WHAT IS PEARSON TEST OF ENGLISH ACADEMIC COURSE?
PTE Academic is a computer-based academic English language test intended for students of non-native English speakers who desire to study abroad. It consists of Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. The questions test two skills collectively, like reading and speaking or listening and reading. The complete test is combined in a single session. The test lasts for about three hours, sitting at a computer in a secure test setting. The speaking portion of the test is done at the computer, where your voice is recorded and sent for marking. PTE Academic is a multi-level test, like IELTS, TOEFL and the main benefit of this test is you get your results quickly in about five days.
