English for Aged Care

Introduction

Communicating with the elderly requires special skills, which is why HCLA is introducing the English for Aged Care course, a program designed specifically to help nurses and others medical professionals who work with the elderly.

Focusing on the specific challenges posed by caring for the elderly, our course aims to build students’ language skills so that students can communicate efficiently and with compassion.

The English for Aged Care course will help nurses and other medical professionals ensure elderly patients and their families get the communication, care and support they need.
